VI. SEMI-LIVING:
Tissue and Stem Cells Engineering

We are rapidly moving from a civilization based on the manipulation of more or less inanimate objects to a civilization based on the generation of more or less living organisms. Since these creations will be animate and rational to a different extent, we must qualitatively develop new relationships with these objects, the environment and with the concept of life itself. We should ask ourselves: What do these lifelike creatures want? How do they want to live?
